How to Upgrade

Start by contacting a reseller in your region to find out more about the upgrade and what needs to be done.

They can also talk to you about any costs involved and any training that might be necessary to ensure the most efficient use of InformationLeader.

Before the actual upgrade on your Production database, a support technician will do a ‘trial’ upgrade on your database to ensure that no problems will be encountered during the live upgrade.

Support staff will be available at all times during the process should you need any help adjusting to the new features.

Remember that if you have a maintenance agreement with InformationLeader, there is NO COST for the software upgrade.
